The weather has been bright and sunny today, just as it was two years ago. I took flowers to Paul this morning. A friend of Paul's from London had left flowers and his Auntie Pat had left a pretty pot plant. The lovely copper chrysanthemum, left by Jean and Joanne Dale in late April is still blooming. Paul's friend Lisa also took flowers to him today after calling round for a chat, it was lovely to see her. Thanks so much to my family and friends who spent the afternoon with me and shared this very special day. Thanks also to those who gave me lovely flowers and for all the fond messages received. As each year passes the pain of losing Paul doesn't get any less but the loving support of family and friends is very comforting.
