Having renewed the flowers in Paul's England flag posy four days ago, unfortunately the following day England were beaten by Italy in the quarter-finals of the European Championship. I have been this afternoon to change it to a Spanish flag, just as I did two years ago when England were knocked out of the World Cup. I am sure Paul would now be rooting for Spain. Hopefully Paul's pretty flag posy will bring them luck when they play Portugal in the Euro's semi-final tonight. PS Spain won!! Spain later won the final against Italy to become 2012 European Champions.
