I received a letter this morning from Claire Jones for Save the Children, thanking me so much for the donation of £50 in memory of Paul and asking me to pass on their thanks to all the contributors. She wrote, "We would also like to assure you that by donating to Save the Children at this difficult time, you will make a significant difference to the lives of some of the world's poorest children. In choosing to support us, you have chosen a charity committed to protecting children and creating the opportunities they need to learn and thrive. We work with children, their families and communities, governments and international organisations to bring about real change for the better". Thanks again to Bernard, Sylvia, Peggy, Maureen and Susan for their kind donations.
