I went out for a very enjoyable Mother's Day lunch today with my three lovely girls and families. Paul's Auntie Pat and Ray came too along with friends Jean and John. Then it was back to my house for the afternoon. It is also Paul's 40th birthday and Karin, Tracey, Nicola, Pat and I popped up to Paul's spot to take his birthday flowers. My friend Jean Dale had left a pretty plant and Karin also brought a lovely red begonia for Paul. I have had so many fond messages on Facebook from family and friends, some having also left a "thought" or lit candles for Paul on his tribute site. It means so much to know that Paul is really loved by his friends and I know that he loved them too. Many thanks to Paul's friend Lisa and my friend Jean Hayes for their kind donations to Epilepsy Action today. The total donated now stands at £605, well on the way to our target of £1000. 21/03/2012 PS: I called in at Paul's spot today and two bunches of flowers have been left for him but with no cards to tell who they are from.
