The Clacton Branch of the Ipswich Town FC Supporters Club recently held a 40th Anniversary Dinner. I am treasurer and have been a member since the branch was formed in 1969. Paul was also a member throughout his schooldays. Half the proceeds of a raffle held at the dinner (together with a generous donation from Geoff and Ann Dodson who were unable to attend, making a total of £80) has been donated to Epilepsy Action by the Clacton Branch in memory of Paul. For the past 28 years, Geoff has been arranging yearly or twice yearly "long" weekends away to watch Ipswich Town and Paul enjoyed these "weekenders" as a boy.
