It is Paul's birthday today and after the recent cold and miserable weather, the sun is shining brightly from a blue sky. My friend Jean from Colchester visited me earlier with a pretty yellow pot plant for Paul and after tea and cakes and a nice chat we went to Paul's spot to find that two beautiful bunches of flowers had been left. There was no card so I can only guess who they might be from. I took them home to put them in vases and walked back later to place them on Paul's memorial. Paul's friend Clair had sent him a lovely birthday card which I also took to his spot. I have added the message on the card to Paul's tribute "Thoughts" link. Clair also phoned this morning for a chat which was nice. I have had lots of fond messages too from family and friends and it means so much to know that Paul is remembered with love and very sadly missed. ♥♥♥
